You can rewire your brain.
You generate more electrical impulses in your brain in one day than all the cell phones on the planet put together. What are you using that energy to create? Every time you complain, you are wiring your brain to get cozy with complaining. Every time you think about how bad you feel, you are gearing up your brain to feel bad. In the first episode of my podcast “So You’ve Been Slut-shamed,” I talked about a technique on how I recovered from negative thinking. I keep returning to this video to remind myself of how effective this technique is. The late great Wayne Dyer used to say, “You become what you think about, whether you want it or not.” Please do this for me today: Make an effort to think about what you want to become.
